Kellega kokkuleppida, et järeleksamit teha? Kuidas toimub järeleksamile registreerimine? Mis on tähtajad? Palju maksab, kui oled riigi finantseeritaval (RF) õppekohalkohal? Palju maksab, kui oled tasulisel (OF) õppekohal kohal? [1]<br /> <br /> Eksamit on võimalik järele teha kahe semestri jooksul pärast aine õpetamissemestri lõppu. Järeleksami aeg tuleb kokku leppida ainet õpetava õppejõuga. (Õppekorralduseeskiri punkt 5.3.6.). Korduseksamile registreerimine toimub ÕISis, akadeemilisel puhkusel olles õppeosakonda avaldust esitades. (Õppekorralduseeskiri punkt 5.2.8.) Millised on tähtajad? Kas VÕTA kaudu saadud EAPd arvestatakse semestri õppekava täitmisesse ja aasta õppekoormusesse? [1]<br /> <br /> Vähemalt 10 tööpäeva enne punase joone päeva tuleb ÕISis esitada taotlus koos lisadega. Taotluse lisadeks on õpimapp kus on varasemat töökogemust tõestavad dokumendid ja kogemustest õpitu analüüs. Kui suur on teile esitatav arve? [1]<br /> <br /> Õppekulude osalise hüvitamise kohustuse (vt. ÕKE p. 1.2.19) tekkimise aluseks oleva õppekava täies mahus täitmise määr on vastavalt Eesti Infotehnoloogia Kolledži nõukogu otsusele (protokoll nr 3C-1/13-2, 27.02.2013) 2014/2015 õppeaastal 27 EAP semestris ja õppekulude osalise hüvitamise määr on 50 € 1 EAP kohta. [4]<br /> <br /> Eeldan, et 25 EAPd on teisel semestril kogutud punktide summa, mitte kahe semestri eest kokku saadud punktide summa.<br /> Esimesel semerstril puudu jäävate ainepunktide eest on vaja tasuda 7 EAP võrra. Teisel semestril tuleb tasuda 9 EAP võrra. Teisel semestril tuleb lisaks sel semastril puudu jäänud ainepunktidele tasuda ka eelmisel semestril puudu jäänud ainepunktide eest, kuna ainepunkte loetakse kumulatiivselt (Õppekorralduseeskiri punkt 3.2.1.) See meetod aitab hästi esile tuua infotehnoloogia mitmekesisust. Eri esinejad toovad välja erinevaid külgi, vaatenurki, kogemusi ja nõuandeid. Mis aga minu arvates kõige olulisem- see annab võimaluse näha inimesi, kes teevad kirega tööd, mida meie alles õpime- see inspireerib.<br /> Üks ühendav lüli kõikide esinejate vahel oli mõte, et väga hästi hakkama saamiseks võiks oma eriala vastu olla sügav huvi ning sinna tuleks panustada aega ja tähelepanu rohkem kui läbi saamiseks nõutakse. [1;2;3;4;5;6] Ka esinejad ise olid alaga tegelenud rohkem, kui kohustuslikult vaja oli. Näiteks osaleti robootika klubis [2;3], häkiti oma huvist paroole lahti [6], pühendati reede öö Linuxi tundma õppimisele [3] jne. Aktiivsemad inimesed on vast ka rohkem valmis tulema üliõpilastele oma tööst rääkima, kuid usun, et nii infomahuka ala puhul on selline lisaks õppimine tõesti äärmiselt oluline.<br /> Üks mitmeid esitlusi läbiv teema oli naised infotehnoloogias. Janika Liiv rääkis teiste teemade seas sellest, mis tunne on olla naine IT maailmas, kus võib kergesti juhtuda, et kõik teised kolleegid või konverentsil osalejad on mehed. Ta tõi näite, kuidas naistele suunatud töötoale viidati konverentsil üleolevas vormis, et arendajad võivad oma kaasa võetud tüdruksõbrad teise ruumi saata, et nad seal õpiks programmeerimist ja mis tundeid selline suhtumine tekitas. [2] Carolyn Fisher ütles, et tema küll ise ei ole tunnetanud seda probleemi, kuid tõi välja numbreid, mis kinnitasid väga madalat naiste osakaalu. [3] Soolisuse aspektist teisi loenguid vaadates oli hea meel näha, et negatiivses võtmes ei viidatud kummalegi soole ja üldiselt oldi oma ettekannetes sooneutraalsed. Märkasin et kuigi eesti keeles pole otsest vajadust soole viidata, tuli seda kahel korral ette ka kohas, kus sugu ei olnud oluline. Robootika ja häkkimine videos [1] (min 11.10) oli slaid, kus oli illustratsiooniks pilt tekstiga “mehed, teie kernel on paanikas”. Andres Septer viitab oma videos [5] (min 9.45) kursavendadele. On tõesti võimalik, et tema kursusel ei olnudki ühtegi naist, aga on ka võimalik, et see tundub vaid paari naisega kursusel piisavalt väikese veaga üldistus. Kuna it valdkond on soolise jaotuse poolest väga kaldu, siis on positiivselt üllatav, et nii paljude esitluste puhul märkasin vaid neid üksikud juhtumeid, kus soole viidati ilma otsese vajaduseta.<br /> Kõige selgem näide, kuidas eesti keeles infotehnoloogia valdkonda sooliselt esitatakse on üldnimetus itimehed. Inglise keeles võib aga läbi he/she kasutuse olla selline keeleline eristamine pidev ning infotehnoloogia valdkonnas on inglise keelsed materjalid väga olulised. Seetõttu võib läbi inglise keele tulla palju ebavajalikku soospetsiifikat.<br /> Keelelist suunamist kasutab ka reklaam. Datagate oma facebookilehel reklaamib punaseid ja roosasid tooteid, kui naiste arvuti lisaseadmeid. [7] Kuna eraldi meeste arvuti lisaseadmeid ei ole, siis jääb alateadlikult mulje, et naised suunatakse teiste toodete juurest ära omaette kategooriaks. 50% ühiskonnast tundub seetõttu antud alal nišina, kellele on suunatud pisike hulk tooteid. Loomulikult see tegelikult nii ei ole, aga alateadlikult korjatud signaalidel on inimestele väga tugev mõju.<br /> Need on väikesed pisiasjad ja üldiselt me ei märkagi neid eristusi. Sellele isikule aga, kes on rollis, mida pidevalt välja ümardatakse või eraldatakse, võivad need jätta tunde, et ta olen valesse kohta sattunud. Inimesed, kes on sotsiaalsetest sõnumitest rohkem mõjutatud võivad alateadlikult omastada need sõnumid ning hakatagi infotehnoloogiast eemale hoidma ja otsima kohti, kus nad ennast kodusemalt tunnevad.<br /> Seetõttu usun, et Janika Liivi poolt tutvustatud Tech sisters [2] on väga oluline kogukond ning nende lihtne sõnum naistele, et te olete oodatud tehnika valdkonda, võib omada olulist mõju.
