Kaugõppijate kontingent on väga kõrge motivatsiooni ja tulemuslikkusega. Ühtlasi tegi rektori kohusetäitja lühikese ülevaate IT Kolledži personalist, sh õppeosakonna esindajatest, õppejõududest ja kooli IT toe inimestest. Rektori kohusetäitja kutsus üles samuti õppeosakonnaga suhtlema kohe, kui probleemid tekivad, et leida võimalikult murevabalt lahendus kõigile tekkinud küsimustele.  Isiklikus plaanis oli väga innustav kuulata, kuidas minusugused noored emad on ka varasemalt väga edukalt koolis hakkama saanud. IT Kolledžis on võimalik taotleda riiklikke stipendiume, firma stipendiume ning muid stipendiume. Väga huvitav oli info erialastipendiumi osas, mida määratakse ka juba sügisest esmakursuslastele. Tagasisideküsitlused õppeainete hindamiseks toimuvad iga semestri lõpus, see annab hea võimaluse õppejõududel saada tagasisidet oma töö osas ning vajadusel viia sisse muudatusi/parendusi õppekava või õpikeskkonna osas, samuti aidata koolil valida välja parimad õppejõud. Peamine õpikeskkond on Moodle ning IT Kolledži WIKI, lisaks muud keskkonnad. Lisaks oli huvitavaks ja üsna ainulaadseks võimaluseks üliõpilastele loengute videoloengute võimalus. See annab õppuritele võimaluse vajadusel materjali üle kuulata ning on heaks tugimaterjaliks aine kordamisel. Samuti tuli kasuks kontaktandmete edastamine loengu käigus, kuna juba järgmisel päeval tekkis probleem loengus pildi ekraanile saamisega ja seetõttu oli võimalik kiiresti reageerida ning haridustehnoloogi poole pöörduda. Samuti lühidalt tutvustas , kuidas on võimalik sooritada arvestust. Karmo soovitas külastada Andres Septeri päevaõppe erialatutvustust. Põhiline info on leitav IT Kolledži WIKI lehelt. Pean oluliseks Karmo soovitust ka administreerimise erialal õppida programmeerima, kuna  see oluliselt tõstab töö efektiivsust.  Samuti meeldis tema innustus leida igast ainest midagi, mis muudab selle aine oluliseks – siis on lihtsam ka häid tulemusi saavutada. Kordussooritusele registreerumine tuleb teha ÕISis, seejuures peab registreerumise ja soorituse vahele jääma vähemalt 2 tööpäeva. Õppeosakonnas määratakse eksamite toimumiseks kindlad päevad arvestusega, et eksamite vahele jääks reeglina kaks päeva, õppeainetel mahuga 6 ja enam ainepunkti  kolm päeva. Eksamipäevad tehakse õppuritele teatavaks hiljemalt üks kuu enne eksamisessiooni algust. Kordussooritud riigi finantseeritaval kohal on tasuta, tasulisel (OF) kohal tuleb tasuda 20€.
