Dhcp.leases kontrollimise skript

Skript, mis analüüsib DHCP serveri leases faili, leiab sealt kehtivad lease'id ning pingib neid aadresse tegemaks kindlaks, kas masin on üleval või mitte (eeldusel, et masin üldse pingile tahab vastata).
