Note: over the years, some of the books that used to be available online (legally!) have disappeared for several reasons. Fortunately, there is the [https://archive.org Internet Archive] which has retained the original copies. A larger facelift for the whole course is planned for Summer 2022, a major update of literature is also in compilation.
